The prices in the price list are only BASE, the price may increase depending on the complexity of the drawing.There is NO ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for any kind of commissions, so please don't SPAM questions about the commission, the artist will comunicate with you once it's your turn on the list. Work can be more grateful and comfortable with some patience!You can include any of the artist fursonas to your commission idea, but adding them still costs the same base price.The artist has the right to deny or cancel any commission, for any reason.Do not upload the art piece or any wips in anysocial media until its up in the artist Twitter (X).
PAYMENTS
Quotations are completely FREE, even if the commissions are closed.Payments are made by Paypal.mePayment can be %100 upfront, but also Payments plans can be done, %50of the payment can be made just to assure your slot in the queue and the other half before I start the commission.Payments are made in MXN traduced to USD. SO THE PRICE MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE DAILY BALANCE OF MXN-USD
PROCESS
-Once you get notified by the artist that Its your turn on the queue, its time to follow the idea you sent in your Form, this stage is perfect to clarify details, or request changes.-Sketch-Lineart, this stage is where you may suggest, callout changes and ideas, no significant changes can be done once this stage is complete.-Your illustration will be colored, color changes can be done.-Render, painting, your commission in almost done, the final details are being set and only minor changes and details can be requested.-Your Commission is done! You must wait to officialy publish it (You can use it as a Profile Picture or show it to your friends) until the artist publish it on social media, if Its requested you can remain untagged or anonymous. Thank you!-NO CHANGES CAN BE DONE ONCE THE COMMISSION IN FINISHED.
REFUNDS
If the commission is on the sketch and a refund is requested you will recieve the %50 of the original amount.
Once the lineart was APPROVED, refunds are NOT possible anymore.
If the commission has not been started and a refund is requested, the refund is 100%.
If the artist decide to cancel your commission, the refund is 100%.
COPYRIGHT
The artist retain the own of the Copyright of ANY artwork piece, If you want a commercial usage of an artwork, the artist can decide to accept the commission or not. If it gets accepted aditional fees and terms can be applied.The artist can promote products and services anywhere or any social medial.The commissioner can use the commissioned artwork for personal use.
The commissioner can claim his character as their own used in the artwork, but not the artwork it self.
The commissioner can use the artwork anywhere as long as the artwork is not a MAIN subject of income.For any commissioner or user who uses the artwork MUST give the credit to the artist.UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE THE ARTIST SIGNATURE MAY BE REMOVED FROM ANT OF THE ARTWORK PIECES.
